I remember getting texts and emails from him at all sorts of hours and thinking, wow he is really invested in this. Darnell was what we had been looking for in our 1 year long house hunt. We tried 3 other agents and were always disappointed with the limited value they put on our wants and needs. The experiences always seemed focused getting a house instead of our home. Fortunately, we found Darnell! Darnell took the time to understand our requirements and how they corresponded to our budget and translated that to a housing search that was refined and concise -fitting nicely into our busy schedule! During the closing of the home, Darnell was in constant communication with us and the sellers, ensuring that we received the best possible outcome while also keeping the sale moving forward. I am certain that without Darnell, we would have either settled for less or would still be searching.
I felt like Darnell was extremely accommodating, kind and patient. He was by my side the entire time, even when things became challenging (multiple offers, difficult sellers, etc.). That meant a lot to me as I went through this process as a single homebuyer. He was also proactive and helpful in thinking about things I didn’t know about like how to handle the inspection and providing counsel on how I should negotiate to giving me ideas on new areas to explore and working with my lender. Lastly, Darnell was extremely responsive and pretty much accessible whenever I needed him. I’d highly recommend working with Darnell as your realtor and he’ll be my realtor into the future!

Stephen is a great real estate agent and an overall wonderful person!! He went above and beyond to help us with submitting the bid for our home. He was extremely responsive, especially with time sensitive matters. He would even respond late at night to our emails or messages. He was extremely helpful in answering our questions and communicating with the seller’s agent on our behalf. He would always reach out to ensure that everything was going smoothly with our property before the closing date. Stephen was exemplary the day of closing, even negotiating some final changes to our contract and supporting us in-person at closing! Stephen was a great communicator and went above and beyond to make himself accessible throughout the search process. He always called the sellers agent of homes we expressed serious interest in before we even stepped in the home to tour so he could give us as much information on the home as possible and inform our bidding strategy. He was always easy to get in touch with and was very proactive in his approach. He also kept us abreast of market trends he was seeing.
